Darling Dazzler needed new jeans...
He is a moderate tight arse, and buys his jeans from Rivers.
We waited in the car for him, and when he came back he said "What the?"
The jeans had a cardboard tag, with their logo and $24.95.
He got to the register and the lady said "that will be $30.00".
Darling Dazzler showed her the $24.95 tag, and the girl directed him to a sign at the door saying that the price on the tag is not always correct.
I can say I've never seen the price go up at the register (unless a tagging mistake), so this was a first.
Darling Dazzler only paid the $24.95, and he says he wasn't rude.

ReplyDeleteI was always under the impression that if the tag says lower then the scan price they are supposed to give it to you at the lowest price. Just like if the tag says higher and it scans lower they are supposed to give it to you at the lower price. It's not the customers fault they can't count!
